Hundreds of Jubilee supporters on Tuesday protested outside the Supreme Court accusing the judges of unfairly annulling President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.
The protesters have said that the court should have ordered for a re-count before overturning the presidential election.
The protests come amid allegations of Justice Isaac Lenaola and Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu colluding with Siaya Senator James Orengo and Moses Wetangula to have Kenyatta’s win taken from him.
The damning petition now dubbed the ‘WakoraNetwork’ was filed by Derrick Malika on Monday. It shows that the four were in constant communication during the proceedings.
