Starehe MP Charles Njagua alias Jaguar has asked Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino for forgiveness over their altercation on Tuesday in Parliament buildings.
The two newly elected legislators are said to have exchanged blows at Parliament’s media centre forcing the security officers to intervene.
They are said to have fought over Uhuru Kenyatta’s legitimacy in office.
Babu is said to have referred to President Kenyatta as a ‘caretaker President,’ something that did not sit well with Jaguar, a Jubilee elected MP.
Jaguar has however reached out to Owino but has warned him against disrespecting the President.
”What happened yesterday is unfortunate, I ask Babu Owino to forgive me but if he continues to disrespect President Uhuru Kenyatta, I will deal with him,” Jaguar told the Press.
