IG Boinnet Places Sh.1 Million Bounty On Italian Woman Abductors


Police  through the Inspector General Joseph Boinnet has put a bounty of Sh.1 million to any who will provide information on the kidnapping of 23-year-old Italian Silvia Costanza Romano .

The inspector general revealed the identity of three men who they believe we’re behind the shooting. The three Ibrahim Adan Omar, Yusuf Kuno Adan and Said Adan Abdi were classified as armed and dangerous.

The IG  also ordered two men Moses Suleiman Mbogo and Joseph Bakuna Kazungu to report to the nearest police questioning. They are believe to have  operated the motorcycles that we’re used during the kidnapping.

No militia have claimed the attack that left five locals including a ten year old boy injured. doctors said that the victims were in stable condition.

The IG has said that this attack was an isolated incident and that tourists should not cancel their trips to the tourist destination.

They have said that they will work towards  rescuing the Italian woman who is still missing.
