IG Boinnet, Kihalangwa To Face Contempt Of Court Charges After Court Of Appeal Upholds High Court Decision

The court of appeal has upheld the High court’s decision to have IG Boinnet and Immigration boss Kihalangwa to face contempt of court charges.

The two will now be required to present themselves in person to face the charges for failing to appear in court despite the court asking them to do so.

The two had declined to appear in court after failing to present self declared NRM general Miguna Miguna and later on deporting him under unclear circumstances

They two failed to appear despite court orders requiring them to appear in person to give an explanation.
