IEBC on Tuesday submitted 109 volumes and 54400 folios of documents to the supreme court as a reply to the petition filed by NASA to contest the presidential results.

The commission made the announcement via their official Twitter handle.

IEBC says that these documents would contain all forms 34A, 34B and 34C used to declare the results as announced by Chairman, Wafula Chebukati.

The opposition has maintained that it has in its possession evidence that proves that Chris Musando, the slain ICT manager’s access codes were used to log in into the system.

They also say that there were a lot of inconsistencies on the forms 34A that had been uploaded and some did not even have signatures.

In line with the same petition the supreme court has given notice to all that want to be enjoined to the petition as ‘Amicus Curiae’ to do so by Friday 7pm.
