Mandera North Member of Parliament had withdrawn the motion to impeach Health CS Sicily Kariuki. Leader of majority in Parliament Aden Duale said that the motion had been withdrawn.
It is alleged that close to 170 members of parliament had appended their signature on the motion to impeach the health CS who they accused of wrongfully sending home Kenyatta National Hospital CEO Lily Koros.

The members of parliament also said that the Health CS had a hand in the report from the medical board and that she was not mentioned after the brain surgery mix up at the hospital.
A few weeks ago the minister was accused of being rude to members of parliament who wanted to see her asking them to leave their telephones with security when visiting her office.
Another issue arose after he had asked for the re advertisement of the KEMSA CEO position even after a competent candidate had been selected by the board.
