Kakamega senator Cleophas Malala has asked that the devolution conference should discuss youth based innovation. He said that the youth are looking at the governors to encourage their innovation projects
Senator Kipchumba Murkomen said that this conference was different as it showed that the tag of war between the governors and senators had come to an end and that a new chapter had began.
Kipchumba Murkomen said that Senators were not allowed at the conference in previous years is that they wanted to say the truth. He said that power and functionality must be shared across the board.
