Kitui Governor, Charity Ngilu has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Ukambani campaign team to make its way back home to the opposition as the government has nothing to offer them.
The team is being led by former Kitui David Musila who Ngilu has asked to go back to Wiper and avoid committing political suicide.
”Let Musila come back to the National Super Alliance where he belongs,” she said.
”As Ukambani leaders we need to back the re-election of our presidential cabdidate Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka whom we believe are in a position to address our people’s problems,” the governor said.

Musila decamped from the Wiper party and took with him 18 leaders from the Kamba nation and is now leading Kenyatta’s campaigns together with Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua.
Kenyatta hosted the leaders at State House a move that has been criticized by NASA leaders. They reckon the head of state should not use the house on the hill for his campaigns.
