Mombasa governor Hassan Joho and Kirinyaga woman representative, Purity Ngirici may face legal action over debt incurred for the hiring of choppers belonging to FlexiAir.
Joho is said to have hired a FlexiAir helicopter between October 7 and 17, 2016, at the cost of Sh4.4 million out of which sum Sh2.5 million remains unpaid.
Ngirici’s debt is said to have been incurred between May 8 and August 17, 2016 when she leased a FlexiAir helicopter for use on numerous occasions, at a cost of Sh5.9 million.
Donald Kipkorir who is representing FlexiAir has written to the two leaders asking for the balance that is owed by the the two politicians, he has said that he will institute legal action against the two if the fail to pay.

“Note that if the said sums are not paid as demanded aforesaid, we have instructions to file at your risk as to incurred costs and incidentals thereto,” Kipkorir warned on Thursday in a debt recovery letter addressed to Ngirici.
The Helicopters were hired by the two politicians on different dates of 2016.
