
Asanta Samantha Luku has gone to the Employment and Labor Relations court to accuse National Bank Chief Executive Officer Wilfred Musau for sexual harassment.
According to the defendant Mr Musau said that he would sack her if she would not have sex with him. She said that the situation escalated after she became a top candidate for a position that was advertised in the bank.
Samantha Luku in an affidavit said that the Human Resource Manager had also asked her to withdraw her complaint.

Miss Samantha said that the National Bank CEO had sent her emails and texts messages and calls to tell her that she was beautiful and she should be his girlfriend.
The defendant accused The National Bank boss of sexually assaulting her after he had called her in for a meeting to finalize her appointment.
“He pulled me back and wrestled me to the ground and kicked my private parts and punched my breasts several times,” she claims.
She said she reported the case to Hardy Police Station and later went to Nairobi hospital. She attached this documents in court.
According to Business Daily the defendant has listed the National Bank and CEO Wilfred Musau. She is also demanding for Sh. 55million in Damages
