Shafik Batambuze will debut for Gor Mahia in tonight’s high profile friendly against Premier League side Everton at Goodison Park.
K’Ogalo manager Dylan Kerr has released his starting team which includes the Ugandan left back who recently joined the club.
In the absence of Rwandan forward Jacques Tuyisenge, Kerr has preferred Burundian Mustafa Francis in the attacking role alongside George Odhiambo and Samuel Onyango.
Tuyisenge, who scored in the first leg of the encounter which was staged in Tanzania in July last year, failed to secure a visa to the UK.
The historic match which kicks-off at 10 pm local time will see Gor Mahia become the first African team to play an English side in the UK.
