Here Are Funky Events To Watch Out For This Weekend


The weekend gives us time to relax, unwind and helps us get over the stress we get during the week.

If you have no plan, here are some events for you to look out for this weekend.

1. Baddest Album Launch

Dancehall musician, Redsan will be launching his album this weekend, dubbed the “Baddest Album Launch”.

The event will be tomorrow, 15 September, at the Carnivore Grounds from 6 PM.

The concert will feature top artists such as Jamaican Dancehall artist Demarco, Nigeria’s  songstress Tiwa Savage and Kenya’s Rap Guru Khaligraph Jones.

2. An Evening Remembering Aretha

This evening is dedicated to the late Aretha Franklin who passed away on 16 August 2018.

The event will be held on Saturday, 15 September at Braeburn Theatre on Gitanga road.

Tickets go for KSh2,500, found on Gates open at 7 PM and the show begins at 8 PM.

3. Get Physical With Aero Manyelo

This event is brought by Kenya Nights Events, going down tonight at J’s Fresh Bar & Kitchen. You can get tickets here:

4. TNR Trust Picnic

This event  gives you a chance to eat, relax and spend time with your family and friends while enjoying entertainment from The Beathogs.

The event will be on Sunday, 16th September 2018 from 12:00 PM05:00 PM.

Location will be sent on Google Maps through email after purchase of a ticket.
