Presidential candidate Ekuru Aukot has rubbished claims that he will not be on the ballot for the fresh presidential elections.This is after the High Court said that he should be included in the ballot.

This is after claims were put up on social media of him saying that he will not be on the ballot if Raila Odinga’ name is not in it.
"I am no longer interested in vying for the Presidency if Raila's names won't be there, Reforms must be effected first!"

Ekuru Aukot has refuted this social media allegations by confirming that he will be on the ballot.He termed the previous post as propaganda.
Kenyans shouldn't listen to propaganda being peddled that I have withdrawn from presidential race. I will be in the ballot on 26.10.17

Ekuru Aukot went to court to ask the court to seek clarification on why the IEBC had denied him a chance to be part of the candidates in the ballot paper after the August 8 polls were nullified.
