President Uhuru believes that his Deputy, William Ruto, is openly sabotaging his war on corruption.
According to a source which travelled with the President to China, Uhuru was taken aback when DP Ruto mentioned him as a donor in the Kajiado goat auction despite the President not giving the deputy any money to give.
