It is an open secret that Diana Marua is older than her husband, singer Kevin Bahati.
Many have also questioned why she chose to settle down with the Mama hitmaker who comes with a baby mama and adopted children.
In an interview with True Love, this month’s cover girl said that Bahati was the man she was looking for. She did however deny allegations that she only got with him for his money.

According to Marua who is expecting her third child, it is laughable that people think that she settled for Bahati because of his fortunes.
She did however disclose that she could have gone for a wealthier man but the singer was the man that loved her the right way.
“Others say I want him for the money. Even he laughs about that. If it was about money I would be with well-off people I have dated who would have offered me a lot, including cars.

With Bahati, I asked God for someone who would love me genuinely and Bahati was the man I knew I wanted to grow and build a legacy with,” she told the magazine.
She has also mentioned that she met her husband at a really vulnerable time in her life.
When they met back in 2016, she had just caught her then boyfriend getting cozy with another woman in the car.

“I was seeing someone when we met but on the day of the video shoot, I found him cheating inside his car. The tears you see in the video are real heartbreak tears,” she stated.
The couple has their lives on the big screens with a reality show that airs on NTV.
