Derrick Ngumu a director at the Angaza empowerment network who had filed a petition against lady Justice Philomena Mwilu has been disowned by the organization .
The Network Executive Director Livingstone Nyando has distanced the organization from the petition saying that for decision of such magnitude to be made the board had to sit down and that had not happened.
He said that the Network had five executive directors and that Derrick Ngumu was one of them but did not have capacity to file such a petition on behalf of the network.
The director said that the proposal to such a petition would need approval from at least three of the directors.
