Deputy president William Ruto who has just concluded taking his oath in office led the crowd in thanking the almighty God for making the inauguration day possible.

William Ruto said the Inauguration of Uhuru as President with him as Deputy was also a celebrating Democracy as “we celebrate the fact that we have a voice to choose our leaders”.

Ruto added that the election was different and special adding that “it was decided on two national parties, by our worthy opponents NASA and  formidable Jubilee.”

He added that the 2017 elections surprised  ethnic and religious bottlenecks and became about issues, mature politics and promised Present Kenyatta that other Jubilee leaders will stand with him.

“We will stand by you to resist ethnicity, violence and division,” he said.
