DP William Ruto Donates KSh10 Million In Uganda Fundraiser

Deputy President William Ruto is know as a giver. In many occassions during church fundraisers, the DP has been seen giving upto millions of shillings.

The DP paid a visit to the neighboring county Uganda where he and President Yoweri Museveni visited various projects around Kampala.

They made a visit to Kapchorwa, where they laid a foundation for the construction of St Peter’s Cathedral Church.

The Deeputy President gave a contribution of USh 350 million approximately KSh10 million.

The DP gave the contribution in a pledge, stating that he and the Kenyan delegation which accompanied him will contribute a total of that amount.

President Yoweri Museveni gave a contribution of USh400 million approximately KSh11 million.

Ruto once commented on those questioning his generosity saying that he give because as a Christian, he is investing in heaven.

About USh843 million was collected in form of cash and pledges. That is aproximately KSh23 million.
