Senator Cleophas Malala Hints Nasa Will Use Jubilee’s Law To Swear In Raila


Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has declared Raila Odinga will be sworn in as president using the controversial election amendments that were passed prior to the October 26 poll.

The law stated that any judge can swear in the president a law that was passed in the absence of their NASA counterparts. Cleophas Malala said that they would remind their Jubilee counterparts of the same at the right time.

He said that the legitimacy of the re election of president Uhuru Kenyatta was questionable as he vied against himself. The senator declared that if Uhuru Kenyatta is sworn in it would trigger a reaction from NASA.

The newly elected senatorĀ  said that they would ensure that they keep the rogue government on its toes terming the advise that was being given to Uhuru Kenyatta by his lawyers as “total nonsense”.

His sentiments were echoed by Siaya senator James Orengo where he said that Jubilee might have guns and power but they cannot rule people who have to be ruled by them. He stated that if Uhuru Kenyatta is sworn in with the October 26 poll then they would use the August 8 pollĀ  to swear in Raila Odinga.
