Former Bomet County Woman Representative Cecilia Ng’etich is known for her love of younger men but is now on the spotlight for allegedly trying to evict her husband of over two decades out of their matrimonial home.
The ex legislator formerly involved with popular ‘boy toy’ Waziri Chacha, according to her husband Linus Ng’etich, sold their 4 acre piece of land in Bomet at Sh30 million without his approval.
Mr Ng’etich told the Nairobian that he was almost thrown out of his home, which he says was officially opened in the 1990s when he and the former lawmaker were in good terms. This was after a Sotik court gave her and a Paul Korir the go ahead to carry out activities on the piece of land.
But the order was overturned by the Kericho High Court until the case was heard.
“…the interim orders be and is hereby issued restraining the 1st and 3rd respondent either by its agents, servants, directors, shareholders or any other person from evicting or interfering with the plaintiff’s and his children’s peaceful occupation and use of parcel of land known as Kericho/Chemagel/488 pending hearing and determination of this applicants interpartes.”
According to Mr Ng’etich the alleged owner owes him Sh10 million for damages on his property which he purchased before marrying the ex legislator in 1983.
He also disclosed that his marriage has hit rock bottom on several occasions starting with when she left their home in 2000 only to return in 2005 before vying for an elective position in the 2007 general elections.
“…we separated in 2000 following family disagreements, but she came back home around 2005 when she joined politics before contesting in 2007,” Ng’etich said.
Cecilia had steamy photos of her and Chacha leaked on the interwebs which had Kenyans talking.
