Resident Magistrate Muthoni Nzibe has handed Boniface Murage a three month suspended sentence after his bill at the Kenyatta National Hospital had been settled.
The court gave him a suspended sentence which means that he would not go to prison immediately but would be under state scrutiny to ensure that he does not commit an offense. If he commits an offense Murage would have to face the three month custodial sentence.
