Ugandan musician Bebe Cool was during the Swangz All Star Concert booed off stage as he tried performing his “Love you everyday” hit.
Bebe was one of the artists performing at Lugogo Cricket Oval alongside Jamaican star Tarrus Riley.
The “Wasibukawa” hit maker who turns 41 today thought the crowd would calm down but it was not lang after bottles started flying.
The crowd then started chanting #FreeBobiWine forcing Bebe off the stage. He is then escorted off stage two counter terrorism cops, his son and artist, Hendrik Ssali, who was right behind him with a big smile on his face.
Earlier on in the week the artist had deflected when asked bout Bobi Wine’s arrest and treason charges.
“I am just a child when it comes to comparison with the big politicians in this country. My brain hasn’t even matured that much to understand the situation in Uganda,” he said.
“That is why at the end of the day there are fathers still running this country, because there is a lot we do not understand,” he added.
It is also said that sometime last week Bebe was not well received at Club Ambiance,Uganda.
