The program is an initiative by the Barclays Bank C.E.O Maria Ramos and is part of the banks larger Pan African growth agenda.
The Initiative will be gender sensitive and will also cater to people with disabilities.
The program will be rolled out on a 50:50 basis with about 4% going to the students living with disability.
