Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyong’o has said he does not feel comfortable in the Former Governor Jack Ranguma’s 9th floor office.
Nyongo said that he would feel more productive on the second floor.
While defending his action for the just two year old office that saw the county spend 25 million, the former Senator said he would not sit and suffer in silence.
He dismissed argument that the relocation was a waste of resources and said that his work was more important than the corruption that he believes informed renovating Ranguma’s office.
”If somebody tells you 100 million was used in building Hell and 1 million used to build Heaven, would you go to hell just because it is expensive?” he posed.
The elected governor promised to improve the economy of the county during his swearing in.
There is however a lot of bad blood between the new governor and Ranguma who skipped Nyong’o’s inauguration calling him a ‘kifaranga ya kompyuta.’
Mr Ranguma has however vowed to challenge the election as it was illegitimate.
