Anita Nderu is the new Hits Not Homework show on Capital FM.
She takes over from The Trend host, Amina Abdi who hang up her boots after 5 years. The mother of one will be gracing your television screens every Friday on NTV.
Her replacement was supposed to be an individual between 19 and 25 years, with no prior experience, ‘just be dope.’
The Capital FM management in September launched a talent search for Amina’s replacement. People turned up in their numbers for the auditions, only for Capital FM to settle for one of their own, Anita.
Anita was a news anchor at the same radio station and sat through the ‘talent search.’
Here are some of the hilarious reactions by Kenyans online:

Anita Nderu is like one of those girls that accompany you when you take your girlfriend to meet your mother but in the end you end up marrying Anita instead.
