Governor Alfred Mutua has said that he supports the constitutional amendments to include the position of the prime Minister and the deputy prime minister in order to resolve the stalemate.
“Expanded government needs to be thought of, the issue of the winner of an election takes it all is not good.”
He said that the winner takes it all was not a good for the country’s peace
He also said that the presidency should include other positions like parliamentary senate or even gubernatorial positions.

He said that the creation of this positions would guarantee that the country peace and this will in turn ensure that the current political stalemate comes to an end.
Alfred Mutua however said that the opposition should respect the ruling of the Supreme court ruling upholding the election of president Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto.
