Detectives drawn form the Directorate of Criminal investigations (DCI) have arrested seven suspects in connection to millions of fake US dollars nabbed in Kilimani area, Nairobi.
The suspects are: Stephen Mark, Noah Amollo, Ian Otieno, Jotham Mugo, Joseph Majanga, Peter Otieno and Kevin Otieno were arrested Friday.
According to the DCI, the suspects were arrested following intelligent reports.
The seven will be arraigned on Monday.

The operation comes days after DCI officers arrested six suspects with a load of fake gold in the same area.

Last month, in a similar operation, sleuths recovered millions of fake US Dollars, Zambian Kwachas and over 100 kilograms of fake gold nuggets along Kiboko/Mukoma Road in Nairobi.
Four foreigners-one Congolese, two Tanzanians, one Nigerian and four Kenyans were arrested.
The four were identified as: Ruhota Kabagale (Congolese), Manson Chogga Mtassi (Tanzanian), Chukunosho Francis Ogbuanu (Nigerian) and Konie Kalist (Tanzanian). Kenyans arrested include Boniface Mtwasi Anjere, Robert Riagah, Arthur Caleb Otieno and Michael Omondi Okengo.
