The DCI have arrested an Australian man, Benjamin Gsull, who resides in Nairobi after detectives raided his house.
According to the DCI, Gsull was arrested for allegedly covering and switching off CCTV cameras of an apartment in Nairobi.
Working on an intelligence, the police nabbed Gsull following claims that he had attempted to break-in to a house when he was discovered on the surveillance footage.
“Police had earlier received complaints of attempted housebreaking and were carrying out investigations when they discovered him in the footage,” DCI Kinoti noted.

During the house raid, the police also confiscated two rounds of ammunition and a bag of bhang.
“He is currently is safe custody and will be face several charges,” Kinoti exclaimed.
Gsull is in the custody of the police and will be facing charges including: possession of ammunition without a firearm certificate, possession of narcotic drugs as well as preparation to commit felony.
He is also being accused of being in Kenya illegally and failing to register as a foreign national.
