AFC Leopards new coach Nikola Kavazovic has dispelled rumors linking him with a move to arch rivals Gor Mahia.

The Serbian, who joined the Den early last month, tweeted that it “couldn’t happen for a million dollars.”

The former Botswana’s Township Rollers’ manager missed Leopards preseason friendly against Ulinzi Stars at Hope Center – Kawangware Saturday morning, fueling the speculations.

It was alleged that the Serbian was on his way out of the 12-time Kenyan champions one week to the start of the 2018-19 Kenyan Premier League season after falling out with the club’s management.

The 43-year said that “rumours are the biggest evil of African football.”

Nikola explained his absence from the touchline, saying he was attending to family matters.
