Thus short of 1st round clear win as required by the Constitution of Kenya.

  1. Makes little difference, if it’s a run off RAO wants then he can clearly challenge the 4000 votes margin in court and then we go back to the field and beat him twice over…unless you mean IEBC gave Uhuru over 800 votes extra…
