I have been Kencell, Celtel, Zain and now Airtel customer. I participated in the cash mania promotion but found that something was a miss. I am not complaining but with 12746990 chances I expected even a pat on my shoulder for the good work I do for you. Actualy I didn’t know who was winning each day apart from getting very nice SMSs to woo me to continue, which I did. When the promotion ended, I was left stranded for it ended in an impromptu manner. Next time make your promo more transparent to avoid misconceptions.
