I just noticed that Uganda Zimbabwe Rwanda and Botswana are competitive in the area of ICT in spite of their landlocked nature. I am thinking about the fibre optic cable. This is a positive thing for Africa. Political stability is a contributing factor and I must salute the leadership of these top ten countries.
