The Star Website Runs on a Free Joomla Template

The Star, formerly Nairobi Star launched their website sometime back without much noise. Maybe they were avoiding the backlash of the Kenyan techies hence the silent action. The Website is running on Joomla 1.5 and JA Teline III V2 template. The template is versatile as it runs on the T3 Framework version 2 which was developed by Joomla and Joomla Art.

The Star team didn’t do much work on the template apart from change the logo. This is a free template and it is well socialised and intergrated with XHTML and CSS validates. I love the template but The Star could have done better. Joomla is just not a great CMS in this day and age.
